Note: All students need to complete the Opening report and literature review similarity check before the defense. Students who do thesis should do the similarity check before the defense too.If you failed to pass the check,you will not be able to participate in the defense.

线上答辩注意事项 

一、答辩方式

根据疫情防控要求，在确保公平和可操作的前提下，网络远程答辩使用钉钉软件作为答辩软件，请安装并下载熟悉使用。 

二、答辩要求及纪律： 

1.良好的网络环境。建议使用宽带（WIFI）网络或畅通的4G网络。 

2.提前准备调试好硬件设备。准备1台笔记本电脑或台式机,包含摄像头和话筒要求画面清晰，音质效果好。 

3.环境要求。选择独立、无干扰、明亮不逆光、可封闭的场所，确保答辩空间安静整洁，答辩期间严禁他人进入答辩空间。 

4.答辩当天，调试好设备（电量充足、网络畅通、设备齐全等），自觉服从工作人员的管理。如系统或网络出现状况，不要慌张，应即刻和答辩老师取得联系，答辩老师及技术人员将会根据实际情况做出安排。 

5.应按照学院通知的答辩时间准时参加远程在线答辩，无特殊原因未按照学院通知时间到场的，迟到15分钟以上或答辩过程中未经学院同意擅自操作答辩终端设备退出答辩考场的视为放弃答辩资格。 

6.答辩过程中请严格遵守答辩纪律。答辩结束后，学生应按答辩组老师要求退出网络答辩。退出后，不得再进入。

1． Way of online Oral Defense 

According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, on the premise of ensuring fairness and operability, Dingtalk is used as the oral defense software. Please install and download it for familiar use.

2． Defense requirements and discipline:

1). good network environment. It is recommended to use broadband (WiFi) network or 4G network. 

2). Students should Prepare a laptop computer or desktop PC with a camera and microphone. Requires clear sound and clear picture quality.

3). Environmental requirements. Choose an independent, bright, closed place to ensure that the defense space is quiet and clean, and no one is allowed to enter the defense space during the defense period. 

4). On the day of defense, obey the teacher's management. If the system fails, you should contact the defense teacher immediately, and the teacher will make arrangements according to the actual situation. 

5).Please attend the defense on time according to the time notified by the school. Those who fail to arrive on time without special reasons, who arrive more than 15 minutes late, or who operate the defense equipment and leave the examination room without the consent of the college during the defense process shall be regarded as giving up the defense qualification. 

6).During the defense,please strictly observe the defense discipline.After the end defense,students should exit the online defense according to the requirements of thedefense group teacher.After exiting,you cannot re-enter.
