To 2023 international graduates it may concern:

According to the requirements of “Notice on Verification of School Roll Information and Graduation Photos of 2023 International Graduates”, International graduation students must check the school roll information and graduation photos on time, if not, it will affect the registration of academic qualifications and grant of academic certificates at your peril.

International graduation students must fill in personal email address in “the student personal email collection form” before April 28, 2023. The college will send personal Schoolroll information and graduation photos by email.

International graduation students must check relevant information conscientiously (school roll information and graduation photos, etc.) before May 10, 2023.

Please do not entrust others to do so because it relates to personal information such as school roll information and graduation photos.

Check requirements:

1.If there is no mistake：

(1)International graduates should reply by email that  status information and graduation photos are correct, no problem.

(2)International graduates should sign electronically at the Information check, Confirmation signature section in the attached Excel form, and reply the signed Excel form by email.

(3)International graduates should send a scanned copy of passport to the email address: jgjw@zjut.edu.cn

2.If there is any mistake：

(1)International graduates should explain any mistake by email，and should send the evidence of correcting (a copy, photos, etc.) to the email address: jgjw@zjut.edu.cn.

(2)If any mistake in EXCEL form, International graduates should complete the modifications and mark in red on the EXCEL form,and sign electronically at the Information check, Confirmation signature section in the attached Excel form, then and reply the signed Excel form by email.

(3)International graduates should send a scanned copy of passport to the email address: jgjw@zjut.edu.cn.
