关于2023/2024（1）学期留学生课程重学网上报名的通知
各学院、各位留学生：
2023/2024（1）学期的留学生课程重学网上报名即将开始，现将网上报名工作的有关事项通知如下：
一、网上报名时间：
2023/2024（1）学期课程重学网上报名时间为北京时间2023年10月16日9:00 -10月23日17:00，请需参加重学的留学生务必在规定的时间内登录正方教务管理系统报名，逾期不再办理重学报名。
二、重学费缴纳：
2023年11月初缴费（具体时间将另行通知，如在此期间补考通过的同学，请先取消已通过课程的重修报名）。超过时间未缴费的视作自动放弃重修处理。
重学报名成功同学请在2023年11月初（具体时间另行通知）访问www.gdjw.zjut.edu.cn/jwglxt进行缴费。缴费可以在重学报名界面右上角点击缴费，或者正方教务系统→信息维护→学生缴费中，查询重学选课情况，按缴费按钮可以通过支付宝进行缴费（2017级及之后按105元/学分收取）。
三、缴费成功后，不允许退课，因此请务必在专业学院指导下先选好课后再进行缴费操作。
四、如不按时缴费，视作自动放弃重学。
五、本通知内容正式版用中文表述，当英文翻译与中文版有出入时，以中文版为准。
请同学们务必仔细阅读《正方教务管理系统课程重学网上报名操作步骤》,在规定时间内登录正方系统进行重学课程的网上报名，并请同学们相互转告。

Notice on Online Registration of Retaking Courses for International Undergraduate Students in 2023/2024(1) Semester

To all colleges and all international students it may concern:
The online registration of retaking courses for international undergraduate students in 2023-20224(1) semester is going to start. Some relevant matters on online registration are as follows.
1. Registration Time
The online registration time of retaking courses in 2023-20224(1) semester is from Oct.16, 9:00am 2023 to Oct.23, 17:00 pm 2023(Beijing Time). International students who need to retake courses must log in Zhengfang educational management system for registration within the given time. No overdue service.
2. Payments for Retaking Courses
The payment time will be at the beginning of November (the specific time will be announced later).
Warm Reminder：If you pass the make-up examination this semester, please cancel the courses that have been passed before you pay the retaking courses.
The payment of retaking courses can be paid instantly by Alipay. Currently, campus network do not support the payment function. So please log in Zhengfang educational management system with off-campus network (www.gdjw.zjut.edu.cn/jwglxt ) for course registration and payment (Google Chrome browser is recommended).
please Select “Information Maintenance” — “Student Payment”. The tuition of retaking courses is 105 Yuan per credit for students enrolled in or after 2017. See specific registration and Alipay payment steps in annex.
3. No withdrawal is allowed after successful payment, so please confirm the correct courses under the guidance of teachers from major colleges before proceeding with the payment operation.
4. If students do not pay in time, it is regarded as giving up the qualification of retaking courses.
5、The official version of this notice is in Chinese, with English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy between the English translation and the original Chinese text, the Chinese text shall prevail.
Please read the annex carefully, and register in the Zhengfang system within the specified time. Students can inform each other.
